Delivery & Returns

Any item can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund unless it is specified in the “NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASES” section below. The buyer is resposible for the cost of retuning items and that the items are packaged in a way to protect from damage during shipping.

Items being returned must be in their original packaging and in the same condition is which you received them. Items returned that are damaged or have clearly been worn beyond that of trying on for size may effect our ability to refund in full. All returned items are inspected on receipt to ensure they meet these requirements and you will be notified by email that we have received the items, including whether we have accepted or rejected your return and why. If your return is accepted payment will be refunded via the same method in which the purchase was made. Please allow 10 working days for this process and your refund to be completed.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns for some products for health and safety reasons. These items include:

• Socks and Underwear
• Gift Cards

Motorcycle Helmets may be returned within 30 days providing:

• it is received back to us UNUSED and undamaged.  A used Helmet CANNOT be returned for a refund, unless it is proved to have a manufacturing fault.
• complete with ALL tags in place, helmet bag, manual, protective plastic on visor and any other associated parts supplied.
• the Pinlock Insert is NOT fitted (unless factory fitted as standard)
• in the undamaged Manufacturers helmet box
• packaging must not be damaged and must be in a re-saleable condition
