About this build.
This Forty-Eight features a Ricks 240 rear wheel kit, which includes a widened and strengthened Swingarm, 3 piece rims, a widened rear fender, an offset front Pulley to accommodate the wider wheel, a Ricks Pulley Cover and Rick’s Drive Belt. This Motorcycle also features Roland Sands Design Tracker Handlebars, which were combined with a Speedometer relocation kit, and Thunderbike Front Turn Signals, to achieve a clean and minimalist look across the bars. A Street Bob LED Headlight has been fitted, the front Forks have been blacked out, a custom bash guard fitted, and a Buell Carbon fiber Front Fender used to give the motorcycle a darker, sportier feel.
This motorcycle also features a Full Stage One tune, including Vance and Hines Short Shot Exhausts, a Screamin’ Eagle Air Filter Element, and a performance tune. The Fuel tank has been changed for a larger tank from a 1200 custom, this adds width in the front end to give a real bulldog stance and aesthetically provide balance with the wider rear wheel. A Rough Crafts Solo seat has been fitted, along with custom number boards mounted to the side panels, to maintain the minimalist lines of the build, and add aggressive styling.
At the rear of the bike to continue the stripped back theme, a side mount number plate has been fitted to show off more of the rear tyre, and Rizoma LED Turn Signals have been used which also function as a Brake and Tail lights. In conjunction with the Thunderbike rear fender, these modifications really show off the rear wheel.
