“The Edge” was our entry for Harley Davidson’s prestigious “Battle of the Kings” Competition in 2018, this incredible Custom Softail is in fantastic condition, it features a Full Stage One, including a Full Custom Exhaust with a Vance and Hines competition series Muffler, a Screamin’ Eagle Ventilator Air-Cleaner, and a performance tune. This Motorcycle Rolls on Performance Machine Black Ops Spoked Wheels, with an agressive knobbly tyre fitted in the front and a wide road tyre in the rear, Performance machine Brake Rotors, with Performance machine calipers front and rear. This motorcycle also features a Custom Fabricated number board, and the headlight has been mounted from the left hand front fork slider. The Handlebars are Harley-Davidson XLX style, featuring Roland Sands Design Grips and Black Profile Mirrors. The bike has also been fitted with a larger fuel tank from a Harley Davidson Fat Boy, adorned with Brass collection Fuel cap, a matching left side dummy cap, and custom brass trim added along the center of the tank. The Brass theme is continued with a Brass Collection Derby cover, matching Foot Pegs, and gear shift peg.
The seat unit consists of a custom seat pan, which was professionally upholstered by SM Trimming, mounted to expose the original monoshock, which has been custom painted in keeping with the design. The rear fender is a custom 200mm rear fender, which has been cut down and mounted from the swinging arm, to give a truly vintage look. The Edge also features a side mounted number plate which works compliments the chopped fender and exposes the rear wheel. The one of a kind Custom Paint is the work of Image Design Custom, and carries from the front fork guards, to the custom number board, the fuel tank, handlebars, the side panels, and the rear fender.
